1. Agreement
By using reefofremembrance.com or purchasing memorial plots or investments, you agree to these terms.
2. Memorial Plot Services
Plot purchases grant the right to ashes placement and/or memorial structure installation at a designated GPS coordinate on our reef. A formal deed is issued upon full payment and placement completion.
3. Resale & Secondary Market
All plots are resellable through our operated secondary market. We charge an 8% commission on successful sales. We facilitate transfer of deed and camera access but do not guarantee sale price or timeframe.
4. Investments
All investments are unregulated. See our Investment Disclaimers for full details. Investment agreements are provided separately upon commitment.
5. Live Camera Access
Camera access is provided as described per package tier. We maintain cameras on a best-effort basis; occasional downtime may occur during maintenance, cleaning, or adverse weather.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Reservation deposits are refundable within 14 days. After statue fabrication begins, refunds are subject to costs incurred. Investment commitments are generally non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reef of Remembrance Ltd shall not be liable for environmental events, force majeure, or changes in local regulation affecting reef operations.
