UNREGULATED INVESTMENT WARNING: Investments offered by Reef of Remembrance Ltd are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ASIC, or any other financial services regulator in any jurisdiction.

1. Unregulated Investment

Any investment in the Reef of Remembrance project — including but not limited to reef restoration partnerships, memorial hotel equity, and founding stakeholder positions — constitutes an unregulated investment.

Returns are projected and not guaranteed

2. Memorial Plot Purchases

Memorial plot purchases are service agreements for the placement of ashes and/or memorial structures on our reef. They are not regulated financial products. However, plots are designed to be resellable on our operated secondary market.

Resale value is not guaranteed and may be less than the original purchase price
Secondary market sales are subject to an 8% commission
We operate the secondary market but do not guarantee a buyer or timeframe for sale
Plot deeds are transferable subject to our terms and applicable local laws regarding ashes interment

3. Ashes Interment

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction regarding the transportation and interment of cremated remains. Reef of Remembrance provides guidance but does not offer legal advice on ashes transportation.

4. Projections & Forward-Looking Statements

All revenue projections, hotel occupancy estimates, secondary market premiums, and reef recovery timelines are forward-looking statements based on management estimates. Actual results may differ materially.

5. Environmental Claims

While marine concrete memorials are designed to support coral colonisation, reef restoration outcomes depend on environmental factors beyond our control including ocean temperature, water quality, and climate events. We commit to best-practice restoration techniques but cannot guarantee specific ecological outcomes.

6. Hotel Development

The Memorial Hotel is a planned development with a projected opening of 2028. Construction timelines, permits, and completion are subject to change. Hotel investment returns are contingent on successful construction and operation.

7. Jurisdiction

Reef of Remembrance Ltd operates from the Gili Islands, Indonesia, with international sales. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
